Shipping methods

Ceramiche Artistiche G. & P. snc ships goods all over Italy and abroad using national and international express couriers so that we can offer a quality service that delivers rapidly.

Consignments are delivered to a specific address and transport costs, including insurance, are charged at the time of orderi.

Customs duties for deliveries outside Italy vary from country to country and such costs are to be paid by the purchaser who will be informed of the final amount by the courier when the goods arrive at destinatio.

Insurance

To cover any damages that may happen during transport Ceramiche Artistiche G. & P. snc insures all consignments.

If any item is damaged or broken the Client should contact our company either by phone or preferably by email at customer@gpderuta.com attaching photos showing the damage.

Ceramiche Artistiche G. & P. snc will immediately open a claims file with the courier and as soon as the insurance company has completed the procedures we will ship the replacement item.

Packaging

All packing is personally done with the greatest care by Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc which allows us to guarantee reliable, breakage-free shipping all over the world.

We use thick cardboard boxes that are very strong and suitable for national and international shipping with special packing material inside. For tables or other large items wooden packing cases may be use
