In cases where Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc finds that an employee has caused a product to be defective or wrongly shipped, we will replace or credit the item.
Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc products are 100% artisan made by hand without the use of any sort of machinery, making them unique and prestigious. Therefore, any eventual small imperfection is a type of guarantee that the work has been carried out manually by our master artisans. In summary, signs of our artisanal work will not be considered fault
If a Client decides to exercise their Right of Withdrawal for reasons referred to above (faults) then the specific nature of the fault and where it is located must be communicated. No guarantee is made for products that have been misused. Replacement or credit of items will be subject to technical verification of the item by Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc.
Expenses incurred for return of an item will be covered by Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc only in cases as specified above and, in the case of defects, only after technical verification of the fault has been certified and confirmed. In cases where an item is returned but not for one of the reasons specified above then shipping costs will be subtracted from the amount to be credite.
To return an item please proceed as follows:
- send an email communication with photos if possible to customer@gpderuta.com indicating the date parcel was received, invoice number, and description of the fault;
- Ceramiche Artistiche G.& P. snc will supply the Client with a returns authorisation number that should be quoted on the letter sent with the return and also clearly written on the outside of the package;
- Carriage Forward deliveries and returns without authorisation will not be accepted.
